Lots of opportunities to grow depending on project availability. They care about employees in general if you prove your skills. Very good opportunity for a beginner.

Cons

Less salary compared to other employers in market. If working in client site, not valued enough. All stuff (including immigration) handled by LTTS Indian team, too many delays in making things move forward.
