Great Pay Great Benefits A Good Work Culture (CSW location) Opportunity's Galore Approachable Mid to High Level Managers

Cons

Policy's/procedures are sprawling, and cross department communication Is difficult without the right contacts. There are significant discrepancy in top level leadership quality and quantity depending on the program. Be prepared to work a bit of overtime regularly. Current procedures are a bit of a mess.
