Cons
1. HR talks about employees to managers. 2. Unlimited PTO is only for salaried employees. 3. They merged the sick time and PTO and by doing so took time away. 4. They took a lot of benefits away when L3 merged with Harris and didn't improve anything. 5. you need to be happy with a 3% raise once a year and that's if your friends with your boss. 6. People that get bonusses talk about it freely around people that don't. 7. L3Harris is the only company I have worked for that doesn't give cost of living raises. 8. There are different rules depending on who you are. 9. A few of the managers just walk around and don't know what is going on. 10. We used to have a 4/10, 5/8, 9/80,and the 3/12 weekend shifts and you could pick your hours. Now it's either 9/80 or the weekend shift which is 3 12 hour days 5 to 5:30PM depending on who you are you can work what you want. 11. Its all about the profit and making the shear holders happy. 12. Not honest about how to get promoted from 1 level to the next. Supervisors will promise you leveling up but then HR change the rate of pay for the jobs and you have to make at least 25% of the next paygrade (75% of current pay grade) to get promoted to the next level. 12. If the hiring manager doesn't like you, you will be set up to not get an interview. They really only open positions to hire friends or favorites.
