Pros

The community at L3Harris is great. I have enjoyed almost everyone I have worked with. They are passionate about the mission and that is the common goal. Every other Friday off is a big plus.

Cons

The corporation consistently gives a sense that they do not care about you. They have had so many lay offs. People other than executives feel like they are underpaid and yearly raises are embarrassingly low.

- Its a huge company so its hard your you're good work to be recognized - Pay is a little below average
