L3HarrisNJ needs to improve on its MGMT/care for workers. The vacation time and pay they offer is not worth the stress.

Good place to start as an associate buyer or expeditor for commodities like basic hardware or thermal pads.

Cons

Very long work hours (sometimes weekends) especially if you are in more complicated commodities like metal or cable assemblies. Cross functional work/communication with the other divisions was non-existent and sadly depending on the issue usually one segment of the supply chain had to deal with the negative outcomes/problems even though the root cause of the issues started from the engineering/material planning phases and got bigger as they progressed through out the supply chain process.
