      Nice work environment, cafeteria on campus, no hassle when using PTO

      Cons

      Unless you're an engineer or management, they will not help you advance or pay you well but expect you to learn everything and do everyone's job

      Pros

      Great pay raises. Every 13 weeks you get a pay raise or .31 cents. If you have an A&P, fuel entry and so on they will sometime provide a dollar or more based on years there.

      Cons

      People quit management, not jobs. There is a lack of leadership and communication between the higher ups. There is never consistency from day to day. Management is concerned about meeting their miles stones for bonuses. Quality of work and how they work should flow is out the door.
