      Decent pay, poor management

      Remote work is encouraged, vacation time is nice, lots of holidays are given off, unlimited pto and sick time, generous benefits

      Cons

      Management isn’t ran smoothly/ great, ever since the merge most of the company has no idea what other locations do or work on, they expect a lot for promotions even early in career
