The technicians that work there are amazing. They were a joy to work with. Office staff were very welcoming.

Micromanaging stifles autonomy and exacerbates stress, while a pervasive fear of retaliation silences employees. Unfair workloads and unchanged leadership practices fuel burnout and high turnover. Despite efforts to raise concerns, ineffective HR and micromanaging leaders take no meaningful action to improve the workplace.
