      Pros

      + PTO. Not having to accrue PTO has been very nice, and "unlimited" is also a plus coming from other companies. + Unlimited Sick time + On-site Dining

      Cons

      - Poor time management leads to uncomfortable discussions about needing to work on time off. - 401K matching only starts after your 1st year. - Growth opportunities are limited. - Peers tend to throw you under the bus to make themselves look better. - Drown in Paperwork that never makes sense. The most popular answer is "This is how we do things here." Which translates to, there are more efficient and better ways but we don't like to change. - No ERP system implemented. - You get your hands held and tied at the same time.

      High Deductible health care plans only (unless you make 6 figures and can afford the very high priced PPO option). A large portion of my biweekly pay is taken for health care and I still have a several thousand dollar deductible to meet, I feel like I am not even covered most of the year (except for annual preventative care visits) Slow to promotion due to many levels of approval through levels of management
