L3Harris is a fabulous company to work for and I am proud to be on their team! The company genuinely cares about its employees and our satisfaction on the job. Through the COVID situation, they have gone above and beyond to keep us safe and ensure our productivity. Work/life balance is highly encouraged and I do not feel like a slave to my work. I'm vey pleased that I chose to move from my former employeer to L3Harris!

Because the company is so large, it takes effort to stay informed of other business units.

Our senior leaders provide quarterly briefings about the business that are available to all employees, but we are always looking for additional ways to improve our communication between groups.
