Great colleagues with a lot of years experience in the aviation domain; The few experienced employees that remain are very helpful and proud of their jobs, the environment is really cool to work.
Cons
Employees are overworked; Unstable future, company culture is to hire/fire without a real plan; Management is incompetent, reactive instead of proactive; No real plan to retain employees, people are leaving and Management/HR does not care; Salary does not match the market.
