Pros

Great company for ex-military looking to make a transition into the civilian sector.

Cons

Since it is located in Greenville tx which is small town east Texas you have to deal with the so called good ole boy club and mind set at time. However over the past year I feel the company had made big strides in changing that culture.

Pros

For salaried you get unlimited time off so long as you request it. 9/80 schedule so every other Friday off. Alot of programs let you work from home if you want to.

Cons

Admin and security, where I work, does not get any of those pros and the executive management makes it very clear they don't give a crap about you. Budget cuts, staff reduction, they actively make you break the policies they command you to enforce to make their lives easier for 2 seconds, no respect and no appreciation for the years you're actively looking from the stress. And this isn't just me in my division, it's rampant.

Pros

It’s a good place to gain experience doing hand analysis of structures as well as finite element modeling.

Cons

Since the L3 Technologies and Harris merger, there have been next to no promotions given, and a decent amount of employee turnover. Raises usually don’t cover the cost of inflation year to year leading to pay cuts over time in relation to the changing prices of goods and services.
