      A difficult puzzle

      9/80 work schedule, decent benefits, OT pay, interesting missions and technologies for big names.

      Cons

      This place was once something but currently is having many struggles due to legacy employees retiring and the site seeking programs it can't efficiently support with current resources. That being said there are many people, business people and scientists alike, who are sincerely trying to work to improve the site. Also, something will be stupid wherever one is employed...So, be aware accepting employment here, especially if you are a PM, is accepting that you are going to have to find a way to work in a volatile environment that is broken and outdated which in turn adds high levels of stress to the resident staff (and yourself perhaps) as well as increases the difficulty in keeping customers happy.
