Tend to work alone a lot. Don't tend to get a lot of guidance and support unless you beg for it. More desk work than I like but this is in the goal for reliability which tends to drive a lot of analysis, aka: desk work.

Managers are self interested and see employees as merely a means to an end. There is no job security if times get tough. Corporate expects high performance of all company elements without expecting to need to do any initial investment. The company does literally everything under the sun; you will NOT be able to retain ownership of any private projects, so don't even bother working on cool stuff at home. Expect to potentially be relocated to a military branch. Pay is substandard in the industry. Benefits are expensive.
