Benefits, in addition to pay, are continuously benchmarked to ensure they are competitive in the market. Our benefits are always being evaluated to meet the needs of our employees. This has led to a 401(k) match increase for legacy L3 employees as part of our merger, as well as improved perks like discretionary vacation and dress for your day. Additionally, we will be launching our employee engagement survey soon so we can gather comprehensive feedback from our employees to help us continuously improve the overall employee experience.
