      My immediate team were done of the best I've ever worked with

      L3 was simply impossible to work for: the management team changed so regularly that I had no idea who was in charge. Their security was prohibitive, yet ultimately ineffective. When it came to the closure of the Southampton office, the communication and support for those affected was appalling. The development team had approx 150 years of experience between the 6 members, which was routinely ignored. I'm glad to have left.
