      Pros

      Uniquely positive work environment. Friendly, helpful, talented, and engaged team. It’s hard to run into a negative Nancy. Pays overtime for salaries employees for anything over 40 hours 9/80 work schedule Ample opportunities to grow

      Cons

      Division has won so much business that it is unable to staff adequately, for both technical and support functions Merger has forced accounting and IT into shared services that are not being staffed appropriately. upper management either doesn’t acknowledge it as an issue (accounting) it is unable to get corporate to bend (IT) Despite a willing and able program team, this leads to daily frustration with what should be easy tasks.

      Great engineering company committed to advanced technology development

      Pros

      Strong focus on career development with lots of internal opportunities to grow, to move around the company, and work on different programs. Agile processes - doesn't get bogged down in the details and red tape. Focus is on investing in new technologies and competitive discriminators.

      Cons

      Still coming out of the merger and just now finishing up alignment among all the different legacy L3 and legacy Harris businesses.
