In addition to our standard benefits packages, we offer other perks that allow for work/life balance to flex as life happens, including paid parental leave, flexible work schedules and a generous time-off policy. We have a pay-for-performance culture, and all raises are given based on an employee's performance from the previous year. While not all locations offer a 9/80 schedule, L3Harris encourages our employees to create a positive work/life balance, through benefits like discretionary vacation, sick time and paid parental leave. Even though our headquarters are located in Florida, campuses across the globe frequently participate in enterprise-wide activities. For example, E-Week featured activities at over 45 L3Harris locations and our eight Employee Resource Groups have local meetings across the globe.
