      Good PTO Policy, Fair Pay, Can be a good place to get comfortable and stay for years

      Cons

      Can be hard to get raises based on performance, L3Harris is large corporation so many employees can get away with slacking off and getting the same yearly raise as you, Not too many politics, Transparent salary ranges within company - but they don't address gender in stats

      Doesn't reward loyalty. You can make more leaving and coming back. Pay and benefits are not competitive even though they repeatedly say so.
