It is unfortunate to see that you did not feel you were supported in your attempt to move upward. We encourage our employees to drive their own careers and provide resources to help them do so. Often times, feedback on developmental opportunities is given to employees during the mid-year check-in and during final performance reviews. Additionally, employees are encouraged to reach out to their managers, mentors, or HR Business Partners for guidance throughout the year.

We encourage a culture of continuous improvement to allow our employees to be empowered to innovate and drive change. In August, we announced the first semi-annual L3Harris Call for Ideas on our intranet and all employees, regardless of job function or level, were encouraged to submit their innovative ideas!
