      Pros

      Excellent team environment and culture. Company's primary focus is its employees. Many opportunities to transition into other functions, which provides a solid growth potential for all employees regardless of your background.

      Cons

      Facility is going through some growing pains due to the unbelievable amount of new business that they keep winning. That said, a lot of capital is being invested to improve the facilities overall.

      Pros

      I started working at L3Harris a couple of months ago, and I have had a great experience so far. My team has been very welcoming and I have never had such great benefits/compensation. I was able to change my work schedule to 9/80 (working 9 hours a day to get every other Friday off) which I have never been able to do in the past. Work/life balance is on par. I have been very pleased with L3Harris and strongly recommend applying here!

      Great Company to Work For!

      Pros

      - Flexible hours for busy people/ families/ etc. - Clear directives given for projects/ role in the company - Great atmosphere to work in. I often have felt out of place in this field, but L3H has a very inclusive atmosphere

      Cons

      - Onboarding, it is very slow to get started
