      Most people were friendly, helpful, and overall nice to work with.

      Cons

      The organization of work for the projects is a nightmare. The company does not care what kind of developer you are or what your skills are, or what technologies you will want to work with. They treat developers as factory workers, "finish that code review and then go take the garbage out and wash my car" kind of attitude.

      Good benefits. Good pay. Smooth interactions with HR

      Cons

      Literally everything else. I was let go during the Covid-19 pandemic. Company basically acted like the pandemic did not exist, exhibiting no sensitivity whatsoever. Other things: - no training. “Just shadow your coworker” is NOT sufficient. - miserable culture. No one in my dept was happy. - poor management. I felt like I was in middle school, with a bunch of us millennial analysts and clueless upper management boomers
