      Good benefits, lots of older employees and older ways of doing things

      Pros

      Great benefits (unlimited sick leave, great PTO, bereavement and other leave), pretty competitive in pay

      Cons

      Upper management issues are big here, documentation/storage of data is subpar or nonexistent, handling of younger employees is awful (coming from an intern and new college hire) little options to learn exactly what you are going to be working on, raises/promotions didn't match work, too many reorganizations
