while I understand the reasons, still inability to work from home on many projects is inconvenient and decreases efficiency. Parking at my facility is not sufficient...

First Defense Industry Position - Software

9/80 Work Schedule and Flexible Hours; Overtime at 1x; 160 Hours of Vacation (technically it's unlimited, anything over 160 hours goes to your boss's boss for approval); Tuition Reimbursement; Paid Training Opportunities; Good Amount of Freedom for and Responsibilities on Individual Engineers (dependent on the project, your team could be relatively small which offers more freedom and responsibility versus being on a much larger team); Management is very open to suggestions to make processes (security, development, etc.) faster, more efficient and less troublesome; L3H is hiring like crazy, now's the time to join it would seem!

Cons

As with any Defense Industry project, the added security measures can sometimes add addition hurdles to overcome.
