      • PTO/Sick is 200 hours a year • Direct managers are awesome and flexible • Work is enjoyable

      Cons

      • Upper management is constantly changing and in turn changing the goals, names, and direction of the company • Even when the company does better than ever, the raises are low • No stock, bonuses, or profit sharing like competitors
