Pros
People that I work with - Unlimited Sick and Vacation ( I wouldn't use more than 5 weeks total) - Tuition Reimbursement (20K a calendar year) - 401K match (6%) - Every other Friday off (But we work 9 hour work days)
Cons
- Lay offs 2 years an a row now - Horrible raises this year (1-2% max) - If there no work, you better find work, or else..... - If you charge In-Direct Labor (work not linked to an active contract) RIP - Horrible management structure. Your supervisor has no clue what you're working on unless you directly tell them - You can easily stay at your current level for YEARS. Be a star and stand out to be promoted
