Cons
Upper and middle management at San Diego location are like fish out of water, not qualified for their job. Chief electrical engineer is basically a DEI promotion and completely clueless. Backstabbing is rampant. Old-boy club who are protected by their friends. They can do what they want, break any rules they want, but the rest of the employees must tread very careful. Wor8k building squeeks and crackle when walked on. Signs everywhere stating you can't walk and talk on your phone at the same time. Safety training video on how to properly walk the stairs.
