DEI at its finest, great for young, great for minorities

Cons

Laid off workers and fires at will, don't expect 2 week's notice. Only management is recognized while workers aren't. A true pizza party for your effort instead of raises or promotions. revolving door of managers. Engineering managers and group leaders are a joke. Make sure you take care of yourself, or HR will escort you out the door.

They will keep you as long as you don't do anything stupid or a mass lay off.

Cons

They do not value your skills and will not leverage it for more than what your original job was. They promote who is friends with higher ups and have very small pay bump yearly, less than inflation.
