Very difficult to get an internal promotion, especially if you are level 3+. Seems like the company would spend more resources, time, and money on outside talent instead of internally promoting. This is definitely a reason for the high turnover rate in program finance. Taking away WFH is out dated. Most other companies offer this, taking this benefit away makes the company less competitive. Managers in some areas are very cliquey and talk poorly about the people working under them, forgetting that word gets around. Makes the environment very uncomfortable.

A bit cliqey at times and it really becomes political at times.
