      Pros

      If the program leadership is good, life is good. The vacation policy is generous for new hires as long as you actually use it. Pay is alright, better than some but slightly behind other large defense contractors. A lot of great people work here.

      Cons

      The company is constantly changing. Every week, there is a new instruction or a new senior leader. One month, there were 13 changes at the senior level. The company is very program-specific, so results will vary. The company is extremely profit-driven, so sometimes common-sense solutions are abandoned for the sake of making a buck.
