Pros
The unlimited sick time and four weeks of vacation was a huge plus. Pay was decent as well, but you had to fight hard to get what you deserved.
Cons
Management is absolutely clueless about what goes on at the ground level. The operations department is very poorly organized and the MRP system needs a major upgrade. Management constantly claims they want ideas from lower level employees but never listens to anyone. They're all just yes men doing what corporate wants, which severely impacts your ability to work efficiently and effectively. This place drove me mad and my successor whom I keep in touch with isn't fairing any better four months after I've left.
