      4 weeks of PTO, 4 weeks of parental leave Good work/life balance

      Cons

      Tenure at the company has no value. They will delay promotions for years. Used to not be this way, Harris' buyout has ruined a lot of things. Local management has almost no control. It's all gone to corporate.

      Pros

      Innovative environment where you have plenty of tools, expertise, and resources to provide solutions for Customers. Great pay, benefits, and perks. Very friendly/inclusive, providing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Mentor/Mentee programs, Financial Aid for College, and Targeted Career Growth programs to encourage career advancement. Meaningful work--we create products, services, and solutions that keep our Communities, First Responders, Troops, Customers, and Allies safe worldwide. L3Harris has several excellent Recognition, Awards, Engineering Week (E-week), and Personal Development programs and workshops for employees. L3Harris also provides STEM opportunities for our local schools and Community Outreach programs where we can truly make a difference giving back to our community!

      Cons

      Corporate culture has changed vastly over the past several years--much less "old school/cumbersome" style that we still see in some other corporations. L3Harris should continue to progress in this area. Lots of support (Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Mentor/Mentee Program, HR Business Partner, etc.) if you need it and are willing to reach out for it.
