Great team and work-life balance, but pay lags behind

Pros
This is heavily team dependent, having a good manager can make a huge difference. That being said, I have a great team, meaning I have great work/life balance. The manager is also responsive to my needs (e.g. me wanting to work on bigger projects, the manager tries to accommodate me). The facility in waterdown is great. Very clean and spacious. Cafe is great.
Cons
The company is lagging behind in compensation for its employees. They took away bonuses (from what i heard, many years before me) and have not put it back in place even though there have been requests for it. Compensation is a huge factor they have not addressed and the company is losing talented people cause of it.
