1) Really cool projects. I really feel like I am creating the future. 2) Work schedule is super flexible. The norm is the 9/80 schedule where you work an hour more each day so that you can take every other Friday off. But, if wanted I can request a different schedule if I want like 4/10 or traditional. I can also set my own time to come to work, as long as I do the full number of hours I have to do that day. I can come to office at 6AM one day and 10AM next day if I want, as long as I don't miss meetings and do a full 8-9 hours of work that I am supposed to do that day. 3) Unlimited PTO and they actually encourage you to take a decent amount 4) They are very encouraging and accommodating if you are a military reservist while working here 5) Work life balance is pretty good. In my team you can mostly choose to or not to work overtime and most work exactly 40 hours/week. However I have been told that if I want to work overtime then I can. I personally choose not to.

9/80 work schedule: every other Friday off, work a little more each day. Day off is more helpful than the extra hour of work is, personally. Hybrid Job Security
