Pros

The founders understand the challenge of creating a healthy work life balance. They really care about their employees. Working from home or even remotely is well accepted and supported. The Sales team works very closely with the development team to set reasonable expectations. Lots of snacks, lots of fun activities.

Cons

The company is growing fast, so there is a little bit of growing pain. The organization is very flat with no junior developers so the career paths are pretty limited. The development team isn't very diverse with only one woman on the team.

Pros

Great culture, fun people to work with, team building and wonderful benefits.

Cons

L4 got bought by another company. One of the founders left afterwards and then the layoffs came. I was not one of the lucky ones to survive, even after the company that bought it out told us there would not be layoffs, but there would be changes. I was very sad to leave.
