Pros

Provides some valuable services to the homeless.

Cons

This is a very poorly run organization. They do some good work, but a better run organization could do a much better job providing services for the homeless. It's unfortunate they receive such a large share of resources available for assisting the homeless. Sub-Par staff, unprofessional work ethic, grossly untalented and incompetent leadership. Discriminatory hiring practices. Almost entire leadership staff are women. Beth Lazar's leadership of the IT function is an incomprehensible disaster. Confidential data is not secured or properly protected. No industry standards in IT are observed.

Pros

Great benefits, great training program for Housing Navigator, Every other Friday off and mental health days. I had a great team with wonderful supportive managers but I can't say it was the same for every team.

Cons

Upper management doesn't seem to listen or care about frontline staff's suggestions. I didn't feel heard.
