Overnight Shifts. Caring Residents. Friendly Coworkers.

Cons

They don't listen to complaints. They don't communicate with staff. The house we worked on got shut down.

Pros

9/80 work schedule, compassionate staff, benefits

Cons

Line staff are frustrated and burnt out, managers are overburdened with administrative things with no help from data dept, directors don’t direct, senior directors are uncontrolled dictators. Everyone is confused and there is no communication. Think twice or three times before working for this place. There are many other homeless companies who are doing better work
