Hardly any that I can think of.

Cons

Top management and the decisions are driven by the Taiwan head office. This is because the GM is the nephew of the owner and I have more resource management experience in my pinkie than what this individual has in his head.

GM is family related with CEO (Taiwan) who has less experience to manager the brance. Toxic working place when you deal with other internal teams. Pay is way below the market
