Pros

Just about none any more. The new owners have trashed the joint.

Cons

Just about everything. A software product that once supported a community has been reduced to little more than a bunch of numbers by a formulaic playbook and a blatant disregard for the people who work there.

Pros

LANSA's management is supportive and willing to listen to any proposals & ideas. Freedom to pursue our interests (to a certain extent). Previous owner (before acquisition) was the best out there - enthusiastic, passionate, and genuinely cares about his employees. Great environment and culture, very little politics, and no micro-management. Lots of talented people, some true visionaries.

Cons

No cons I can think of. However, LANSA was recently acquired by a bigger company, and I feel it's lacking direction after the acquisition.
