Most employees have been working here for a long time so everyone is close. Relax and flexible working hours.

Cons

Not that much benefit. No career ladder so no career growth.

Pros

LANSA's management is supportive and willing to listen to any proposals & ideas. Freedom to pursue our interests (to a certain extent). Previous owner (before acquisition) was the best out there - enthusiastic, passionate, and genuinely cares about his employees. Great environment and culture, very little politics, and no micro-management. Lots of talented people, some true visionaries.

Cons

No cons I can think of. However, LANSA was recently acquired by a bigger company, and I feel it's lacking direction after the acquisition.
