There is a true culture to value people and empower employees with the appropriate expertise. Great products with very strong innovation in the pipeline.

Cons

Slightly thin with support in some areas, but they are building strong teams moving forward.

Pay was fair. allowed to be independent except when your idea was different from New England

Cons

No input allowed from satellite plants. God in New England knows everything! Company will purchase substandard "nused" equipment even when you can get the same or similar product brand new in Texas. Then it is satellites plants problem when the "nused" equipment doesn't work! Also if needing to talk to production authorities in New England about problems or issues...fuggedaboutit! It will be a cold day in Hades when you are responded to (until the situation blows up!)
