Horrible company, lots of lawsuit for discrimination

Check lawsuit: discrimination lawsuit with Laticrete. Also, they were fined for 50 million $ for stealing trade secret from another company...reallly????? Horrible atmosphere. Hire and fire in 2 years. Discrimination, retaliation, conflict of interest- all illegal stuff is going on R&D due to the atmosphere. So many changes in personal. If you are not adding butter to manager, you will be out in a year.

The core benefits are decent, the overall product is good.

Cons

Disorganization and unprofessional behavior, starting with the HR department. They are more worried about sending tweets then they are doing their research before they hire people. Owners are still involved which they aren't very progressive.
