Cons

Weak leadership, with limited interest in talented employees due to mgmt. insecurities. Limited career paths. Slow decision-making. Current trend towards low pay and capped earnings potential. Nasty non-compete if you wish to leave.

Easy drive, family company, nice building.

Cons

Family company, which is a pro and a con. The majority of the employees here are long timers and do not like change. For all new employees joining the company, it's a hard environment to penetrate. These long timers are not kind to new employees, there is a lot of gossipy employees. There is no sense of confidentiality.
