Micromanagement (Lack of trust), Team lead is sour, cranky and generally unpleasant. Lack of understanding and appreciation. Taking credit instead of giving credit!

Cons

Unprofessional. Fighting with and bad mouthing the peers, boss being moody and emotionally volatile. Sarcasm with rude behavior. Extremely poor safety awareness workplace. A truly toxic work culture !
