Pros

Employees - everyone is a pleasure to work with. Nice working in a smaller company.

Cons

Can be convoluted due to small company atmosphere - everyone pitches in everywhere type of attitude.

Pros

All about teamwork. Supportive atmosphere. At peak times, everyone helps with the work. Quarterly bonus make s difference. I was surprised the first time I got my bonus because I was still new and didn't expect it. I like to see my team efforts recognized. Access to the fitness center is also a plus. Everyone is very professional. Pleasant colleagues, all of them.

Cons

It can be stressful at times, but it helps when everyone chips in. Salary starts lower than average but moves up faster than any other company I have worked at. Bonuses help a lot too.
