Pros

Pros: Honestly.. none really that I can think of.

Cons

Cons: Pay is horrible, room for advancement is scarce even though management pretends there's plenty of it, work life balance is pretty much non-existent (especially in the hotel division), a lot of time you're managing kids who quite frankly don't give a damn about the job which leaves you hanging... overall there's better jobs/companies out there.

Very laid-back environment. Very lax.

Cons

Management doesn't support those who actually come to work and puts in a full effort to do so. Others who are do NOT come to work, come to work and stay on their personal devices accessing their social media accounts, and cause the rest of the team to suffer are not reprimanded. Many persons in leadership positions have little people skills and have a tyranny approach to things. Cheap equipment that is very ineffective and no real effort to correct problems in an efficient manner.

Cons

management can be different depending on location, some do not have the best interpersonal communication skills. The pay can also be pretty weak once you find out overall gross revenue
