You get to work outside get fresh air and sunlight. No physical labor is required

Cons

Some coworkers and management are bullies No concern about employees health No mental health knowledge They say they care but actions say otherwise. Pay doesn’t match with the cost of living or the energy you pour into the job. They care more about events and making revenue than their employees. They don’t value employees worth The amount of stress given by customers rudeness is not worth the pay or benefits.
