Pros

The only positive thing about this company is the front line staff.

Cons

Edit to update: the company even tried to report this review to have it censored and removed. Glassdoor is making me re-verify it since these allegations are serious and this is a true experience. Employees are frequently frequently retaliated against. There are several wrongful termination and discrimination/harassment lawsuits open against this employer. Sexual harassment, discrimination against women and minorities, other managers having affairs, retaliation against employees who report unsafe conditions and equipment. Managers have stated out loud they try not to hire women and do not consider candidates who have a limp, are "too old," or have other perceived disability. Upper management forbade supervisors and other managers with disabled placards from using handicap parking spots on the premises because it would "look bad." Homophobic, racist, and ableist slurs are common vocabulary among upper leadership. Payroll is a joke and managers processing timecards can't do elementary math, cheating employees out of thousands of dollars in wage theft and PTO/sick pay theft. Several dozens of employees are due years of back-pay because the company is intentionally not updating pay rates in Timeforce. Scandals galore. Regional payroll managers are complicit and actively tell local managers not to say anything about this. Management refuses to purchase or repair basic necessities for the job, or fix any of these financial discrepancies, because it negatively affects their holiday bonus. I know this because this advice was given to me as a manager so as to not affect my own bonus. There are several employees with open lawsuits against this company, and the company would rather pay hush money settlements than address the root cause of all of these issues.
