      Pros

      Organize company with good intentions. Worked with a lot of Valet companies and LAZ seemed the most legit. If you work at a good location, it is a great job. Worked short hour and made good tips. Flexible schedule and easy to pick up give away shifts.

      Cons

      If you get placed at a slow/bad location it might not be worth it. Valet is all about the tips and if your location sucks better of finding a better job.

      The parking company definitely has a Family atmosphere. The employees try to help and assist others in order to facilitate success.

      Cons

      Upper Management has a very narrow concept of operating protocol. There is not much room for growth. You have to be willing to focus on the customer needs and wants.
