Depending on your job choice, it can be very stable. Easy work.
Cons
The pay is nearly minimum wages with little/no chance of increases. They advertise that they create opportunities for their employees when it is the exact opposite (unless you are one of the "boys"). You only advance as far as you are popular with buddies ahead of you. I was about to graduate with a bachelor degree when I went to an open house event and was told by the CEO that he didn't understand the purpose of the event because they already hired the executives they wanted and the only possibilities were for seasonal manager positions. Waste of my time. Even though they pay you a small return for the miles you drive for them, it is not enough to supplement the low wages.
